RATES & TERMS 2022/2023

Rates are subject to change at any time without notice. All offers are subject to availability, are limited, and apply to new bookings only. The total amount of your stay will be showed on your invoice once the reservation is confirmed.

The rate includes :
- courtesy boat shuttle to/from the main island, available from 8:00am to 5:30pm (the shuttle is no longer available after 5:30pm except emergency)
- full household linens and beach chairs. One change of linens will be provided weekly for bookings of two weeks or more.  (Towels must not be removed from the property.
- use of all Villa facilities, canoe-kayak, polynesian outrigger canoe, electricity, water
- our support and assistance on site.

The rate not includes :
- foods
- ground transportation from/to the Moorea airport or ferry port; ( shuttle-van transportation from the airport or the port can be arranged  if requested)
- the house cleaning and garbage disposal (150€) which will be added to the invoice.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

AVAILABILITY. Please send a request by e-mail to: booking@villacorallina.com giving the exact dates of your stay and number of people. We will send you a reply within 24 hours.

BOOKING. After our availability confirmation, you are able to request a booking. We will send you a pro forma invoice by return confirming the total price of the stay.

PAYMENT. The booking  will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% down payment which can be done by wire bank transfer or by PayPal (fees 5%) We don't accept payments by credit card. Deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.

BALANCE. The balance is due at least 45 days prior to arrival date. Please note that if the payment is not received on time we reserve the right to release your reservation, regardless of any payment already received. We will make every effort to contact you prior to taking this course of action and will remind you of payments due. For any reservation canceled within 45 days before your scheduled arrival date, no refund will be allowed.

Losses and Damages. Any losses or damages which occur during your stay must be paid for.  Before you arrive the property will have been cleaned, the inventory checked and any missing items noted or replaced.  If you find any deficiencies or damage on your arrival, it is in your own interest to notify the owner as soon as possible.

Arrival & departure times. CHECK-IN is at 2:00pm - CHECK-OUT is at 11:00am. 

Please take note that there are no connections by sea or by air available between Tahiti and Moorea after 6:30pm. If your flight arrives in Tahiti after 6:30pm you must stay overnight in Tahiti.
