RATES & TERMS 2013

Rates published in US Dollars are available only for USA and Canada residents and payment must be made to our booking desk in US. We will provide full details when we send you your invoice. If booking and paying is in a different country the rates in European currency (Euro) will be applied and payment must be made to our booking desk in Europe.

Rates are subject to change at any time without notice. All offers are subject to availability, are limited, and apply to new bookings only. The total amount of your stay will be showed on your invoice once the reservation is confirmed.

Long-term rates are available on request.

The rate includes :
- courtesy boat shuttle to/from the main island, available from 6am to 6pm.
- full household linens and beach chairs. One change of linens will be provided weekly for bookings of two weeks or more.  (Towels must not be removed from the property.  Please bring your own beach towels).
- use of all Villa facilities, canoe-kayak, polynesian outrigger canoe, electricity, water
- the cleaning of the house after your departure
- our support and assistance on site.

The rate not includes :
- foods (half-board available on request, price 6.900F CFP)
- ground transportation from/to the Moorea airport or ferry port; ( shuttle-van transportation from the airport or the port can be arranged  if requested)
- daily housekeeping (available on request, price 3.000F CFP x day)

BOOKING PROCEDURE

AVAILABILITY. Please send a request by e-mail to: booking@villacorallina.com giving the exact dates of your stay and number of people. We will send you a reply within 24 hours.

BOOKING. After our availability confirmation, you are able to request a booking. We will send you a pro forma invoice by return confirming the total price of the stay.

DEPOSIT. The booking  will be confirmed upon receipt of a 30% accommodation deposit. Payment must be made either by electronic bank transfer or bank deposit. We don't accept payments by credit card. Deposit will be not refundable in case of cancellation.

BALANCE. The balance is due at least 45 days prior to arrival date. Please note that if the payment is not received on time we reserve the right to release your reservation, regardless of any payment already received. We will make every effort to contact you prior to taking this course of action and will remind you of payments due. As for a cancellation made within 45 days of your arrival date, any refund is allowed.

Losses and Damages. Any losses or damages which occur during your stay must be paid for.  Before you arrive the property will have been cleaned, the inventory checked and any missing items noted or replaced.  If you find any deficiencies or damage on your arrival, it is in your own interest to notify the owner as soon as possible.

Arrival & departure times. You are welcome any time from 7:00am to 6:00pm. We can't assure boat transfers during the evening across the lagoon. Please take note that any connection by sea or by air is available between Tahiti and Moorea after 6:30pm. If your flight arrives in Tahiti after 6:30pm you must stay overnight in Tahiti.
